Our minimum order quantity varies depending on product complexity and materials. Generally, the MOQ for standard products is 1,000 units, while for complex or customized products, the MOQ may be 3,000-5,000 units. For trial production, we can provide smaller batch production services, which can be discussed with our project manager.

The ODM project cycle depends on product complexity and customer requirements. Generally, the development cycle for simple products is 4-6 weeks, 8-12 weeks for medium-complexity products, and 16-20 weeks for complex products. This includes the entire process from conceptual design, structural development, prototype production, mold design and manufacturing to trial production. We will provide a detailed timeline plan before project initiation.

We attach great importance to intellectual property protection. For design schemes and technical materials provided by customers, we will sign a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to ensure information security. In ODM projects, intellectual property ownership can be determined according to the agreement. Our production workshops implement strict access control, all employees have signed confidentiality agreements, and our IT system has complete data security protection measures to ensure that customer information is not leaked.

We are familiar with product standards and certification requirements in various regions, such as CE and RoHS in the EU, UL and FCC in the United States, PSE in Japan, etc. We can assist customers in completing various certifications and document preparations required for product export to ensure smooth entry into target markets.
