International Standards, Quality Commitment: VJ Electronics' Certification System and Quality Control

Quality is the lifeline of a manufacturing enterprise and the cornerstone for earning the trust of international clients. VJ Electronics integrates quality management into every link from raw materials to finished products, establishing a comprehensive, full-process quality assurance system through a series of internationally authoritative certifications.

We deeply understand that as an OEM/ODM​ supplier, our product quality directly impacts our clients' brand reputation. Therefore, we actively adopt and strictly implement international standards. Currently, our management systems have obtained several certifications:

• ISO 9001 Quality Management System Certification: Ensures all processes from design & development, procurement, production to service are controlled and continually improved.

• ISO 13485 Medical Devices Quality Management System Certification: Demonstrates our capability for high-standard quality control in producing medical auxiliary products (e.g., medical alarm mats), whose rigor also benefits the quality management of our consumer electronics.

• ICTI (International Council of Toy Industries) Care Process Certification: As an electronic toy factory, this certification ensures our production activities comply with the highest global standards in labor rights, working conditions, and business ethics within the toy industry.

Within our factory, Quality Control (QC) is implemented throughout. IQC (Incoming Quality Control) rigorously inspects all incoming raw materials and components; IPQC (In-Process Quality Control) conducts patrol and sampling inspections at key production stages to prevent batch issues; OQC (Outgoing Quality Control) serves as the final checkpoint before shipment, ensuring every batch delivered meets established standards. Additionally, we have established a comprehensive reliability testing laboratory, conducting various tests on products such as drop, aging, temperature cycling, and salt spray to simulate harsh usage environments and ensure product longevity.
